Description

Jagger Campground Aggregate Delivery/Grading Project Location: HiWay 220 105 Degrees 30'42.392W 33 Degrees 30'49.112N 66 miles West of Rosewell, 9.2 miles West of Lincoln, New Mexico. Delivery of a total order quantity of 3,000 cubic yards Delivery Tolerance not to exceed (""Plus/Minus 5%""). Material: Crushed Aggregate. Reference A06 Specification, Titled: Section 02730 AGGREGATE. Certificate of Compliance/Conformance Required. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation has been issued. Solicitation Number 140L3020Q0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of April 28, 2020 and close date of May 11 , 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Synopsis: FAC 2019-01 . This is a simplified acquisition per FAR 6.302-1, under NAICS 212319 in accordance with authority granted under 41 U.S.C. 2539(c). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified contractors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for: Crushed Aggregate, per specification(s): A06 Specification, A04 Scope of Work. A total order quantity of 3,000 cubic yards, delivery tolerance of =/- 5% is to be contracted. Included in action is material, and delivery as specified.
