- This notice does not constitute a request for quote, invitation for bid, or request for proposal. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR 5.2- Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions in preparation for the Request for Quote (RFQ) at a later date. The Quote is tentatively scheduled to be posted on 06 May 2020 and closed response date is planned for 20 May 2020.� The U.S. Government requires air medical transportation services in Dodji, Senegal in support of a training exercise from 09 - 25 September 2020. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform airlift services, casualty evacuation (CASEVAC), Personnel Recover (PR) services, limited door-to-door services and command and control throughout the operating area to include fixed-wing operations in accordance with the performance work statement. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial quote without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses:� This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Offerors can view and/or download the RFQ and attachments at https://beta.sam.gov/ Contract Opportunities (FBO) when the RFQ is posted. Interested parties can create an account and be added to the Interested Vendors List. This will be the only method of amendment distribution; therefore, it is the OFFERORS� RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE SOLICITATION.
