- The amendment 0002 and 3 sample documents were issued on 29 April 2020. These documents are examples and should only be utilized as a reference for preparing a price quotation. The amendment 0001 and Answers to the Questions for this solicitation is issued on 27 April 2020. please utilize the Attachment1; price list on the last page of the solicitation. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, FA527020Q0018 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document FA527020Q0018. clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05. ?????? (iv) This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS)code is 541930. (v) See attachment for a list of contract line item number and items, quantities and units of measure. (vi) See attachment for description of requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) See attachment for date and place of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. (viii) See attachment for provisions and clauses.
