Description
The United States Government represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), hereby issues a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for technical assistance services to implementthe five-year INSPIRE - Human Rightsactivity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The base budget for this activity is up to $8 million over five years for the implementation of activities listed under Component 1, 2, 3, and 5. An additional $1,2 million is anticipated for optional Component 4. The primary objective ofthe activity is to help citizens and government institutions create a sustainable model of assistance and services that help in transforming the lives of BiHs most vulnerable persons. The SOW is released to solicit comments from the industry. Please submit your comments to sarajevooaa@usaid.gov USAID/BiH issued the solicitation for this activity (72016820R00004) on April 1, 2020, however, that solicitation was cancelled on April 28, 2020. A new solicitation #72016820R00005 will be issued around May 12, 2020. Please do not consider this pre-solicitation announcement as an RFP and do not submit your proposals until the formal RFP is released. Award of this activity shall be made subject to the availability of funds. This notice does not obligate USAID to release a solicitation or award a contract nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.
