- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Southern Oregon Sanitation, doing business as Pats Sanitary Service, for garbage removal at the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics, White City, OR. NAICS 562111 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company holds a Jackson County franchise permit and can perform the services equal to Pats Sanitary Service. Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm PDT on 30 April 2020. All responses must be e-mailed to Laura.davis5@va.gov.
