Description
The GSA, through its TTS Artificial Intelligence portfolio, offers a variety of products and services focused on transforming the way the government builds, buys and understands digital/tech services specifically relating to Artificial Intelligence (AI). TTS AI does this in a number of ways, including through the collection, curation and sharing of best practices across AI related matters including data, technology, security, ethics, workforce, vendors and operations. This further includes supporting the development and distribution of best practices, lessons learned and use cases of AI implementation including techniques and technologies. TTS AI aims to build a digital platform of Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases in the federal government that can be shared across users. This will include archiving and displaying of use cases in a centralized repository. TTS will provide a Use Case Collection Template to serve as the format for these use cases for both ease of submission by use case owners and ease of understanding by use case readers. This template creates a standard for the description of the business challenge, details of the technical solution, and lessons learned through the development processes. Experience has shown that collection of these use cases is a particular challenge, as government practitioners often do not independently fill the template to submit a use case. Therefore, TTS requires services to facilitate the collection of these use cases.
