Description: PURCHASE OF VAISALA BRAND � ADDITIONAL AWS310 KITS.� � The Upper Air (UA) Automatic Radiosonde Observation System (AROS) uses the AWS310 to collect surface weather data prior to a U/A balloon launch baselining the radiosonde. Part of the AROS system the AWS310 is collocated with each AROS system. The AWS310 spares kit will allow the Alaska Region the ability to repair and restore the AWS310 in a timely manner to prevent the loss of data
