Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of an improved wastewater lagoon treatment facility. Through a two-phase construction approach, the existing 32.6-acre, six cell lagoon facility will be renovated and expanded to a 49-acre, five (5) cell treatment system. This acquisition is set aside for�Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, as amended. See attached solicitation and documents. Amendment 01 is issued on 27 March 2020 Amendment 02 is issued on 7 April 2020. Amendment 03 is issued on 15 April 2020. Amendment 04 is issued on 20 April 2020. Amendment 05 is issued on 23 April 2020. Amendment 06 is issued on 24 April 2020. Amendment 07 is issued on 27 April 2020.
