- Amendment A00001 (SF30) Amendment A00001 of Solicitation�(SF30) issues Government Responses to Offeror Questions, changes to the solicitation, and extends the proposal due date to 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2020.� The attached Amendment 0001�is contained in a single PDF.��� All�correspondence/documents shall still be submitted electronically via email�to the address�set forth on SF33, Item 10c of Solicitation/RFP Number�693JJ420R000001. ____________________________________________________________________________ Solicitation Number�693JJ420R000001 (SF33) This solicitation (also referred to herein as Request�for�Proposal or�RFP)�is in support of the Office of Analysis, Research, and Technology for the Work Statement is entitled, Research and Technology to Promote Safety of Commercial Motor Vehicles, Drivers, And Carriers.� This is a full and open�competitive acquisition solicited in accordance with FAR 15. �The solicitation is contained in a single PDF.� Attachments J.1 and J.5�of the solicitation�are also provided�in separate�spreadsheet files in MS Excel format.� Please note that this�RFP is written in the Uniform Contract Format described in FAR section 15.204-1. Offerors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Uniform Contract Format.��This will facilitate an understanding of the terms and conditions of this solicitation, the instructions and the source selection process.� Clarity and completeness are of the utmost importance in the proposal.� It is the�government's intent�to�award�Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts, as a single organization is not�expected to have expertise in all relevant subject areas.� All�Offeror questions concerning this RFP are due at 10:00 a.m. on April 22, 2020.� All proposals are due at 10:00 a.m. on May 15, 2020.��All�correspondence/documents shall be submitted electronically via email at the address�set forth on SF33, Item 10c.�
