- UPDATED: amendment to update questions and answers. See attached UPDATED Questions and Answers. This is amended to add questions and answers to the current Synopsis/Solicitation. See attached Questions and Answers. An Indefinite Delivery contract is being procured in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act, as implemented in FAR 36.6. Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. North American Industrial Classification System code is 541330, which has a size standard of $16,500,000 in average annual receipts. To receive award contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov. The contract shall be two indefinite delivery firm fixed price contracts with a limit of $4,500,000 each for a total value of $9,000,000. The contract will be for a 3-year base with a two-year option. There is no specific task order limit except the limit of the contract. Award of the contract is anticipated for 4th quarter of FY 2020. All responders are advised that this contract may be revised or cancelled at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and final award. In addition, no projects are yet authroized (See FAR 52.232-18). This synopsis/solicitation does not guarantee work to the selected firm. Telephonic interviews will be held with all of the most highly qualified firms.
