- Request for Information Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Ship Repair and Aviation Availability Introduction The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Contracting and Procurement Division has a need to create an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in support of the Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line (MECPL) for planned and unplanned dockside maintenance requirements relating to the 210-foot Reliance Class and 270-foot Famous Class cutters. The anticipated contract type will include Firm Fixed Price and FOB Destination provisions. This posting is a request for information from interested contractors and is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This posting is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Quotations (RFQ). This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Coast Guard is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Those who respond are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Beta.Sam website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
