Description

This is a solicitation notice for a contract for U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, GSA Public Building Service, Elevator Replacement/Modernization, Miami Florida Elevator System Replacement at the Claude Pepper Federal Building , 51st SW 1st Avenue, Miami FL. This acquisition will result in a single contract award.�� Scope of Work. Furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, and other required items to provide elevator replacement/modernization of passenger and service elevators (5 passenger, 1 freight). Specifications, drawing and other attachments listed bbelow will be provided: Combied Specifications, Design Narrative, Combined Final Drawings, Elevator Pre-Alteration, Forms & Surfaces, Passenger Elevator, Forms & Surfaces Service Elevator, Wage Determinations, Past performance Questionnaire� Duration of the project: All work to be completed within 480 calendar days from the contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).� This procurement is an UNRESTRICTED full and open requirement.�� Disclosure of the Magnitude of� Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
