- The Federal Emergency Management Agency is issuing A DRAFT RFP for mobile mortuary services as described in the SOW.� THIS IS A DRAFT AND IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NO PROPOSALS SHALL BE SENT TO THIS�REQUEST.� A FORMAL SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED AND WILL CONTAIN DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS. FEMA intends to award an IDIQ contract with multiple awards.� Estimated Ceiling is $10,800,000.00.� Period of Performance will be one year and will include both CONUS and OCONUS.� Responses to the DRAFT solicitation can be sent to matthew.raible@fema.dhs.gov
