- PROPOSAL DUE DATE IS SCHEDULED FOR 2:00 PM EST MAY 8TH, 2020 to Neel.Patel@fema.dhs.gov Custom Desks and Chairs Procurement for FEMA Boston Regional Office I. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 & subpart 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. 1. LOCATION: 1.1. The location of the work is at the Federal Emergency Management Agency / 99 High St, Boston MA 02110. Specific work location of rooms on 5th and 6th Floor. 2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 2.1. The work consists of providing all labor, transportation, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, subcontracts, and performing all work necessary to provide a complete and functional installation of the following SOW Elements. 3.�COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK 3.1. The contractor shall be required to (a) coordinate scheduling of work with the government to minimize disruption, (b) prosecute the work diligently, (c) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the contractor receives contract award. 4.�EVALUATION CRITERIA 4.1.�Award determinaiton is�made upon�Lowest Price Technically�Acceptable (LPTA). 4.2. Included in response to solicition should be the following 4.2.A. Price 4.2.B Technical Acceptability: Offerors are not required to submit technical proposal. In their proposal Contractors�must annotate materials to meet�or exceed the acceptability factors for non-cost factors, circa technical acceptabiliy. 4.2.C. Past Preformance History: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1 (b) (10) regarding past performance, references are requested. Each Contractor must submit (3) references which are either current or recent customers, and provide the name, address, phone number, fax and email for each reference.The Contractor shall list all current or prior federal contracts, total dollar amounts, contract name, agency, address, telephone number, email, fax, and a brief description of the project performed. If the offeror has no federal contracting experience, then he/shall send aforementioned references of contracts held in the following order: state, local, and private. All quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to: NEEL.PATEL@FEMA.DHS.GOV. Please submit your offer as one single attachment to include all of the requested information, company information, and contact information. Late submissions will not be considered. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents.
