- ** Please note changes to the Period of Performance: Date of Award - September 30, 2024 The Department of Agriculture, US Forest Service, Southern Region requires services for Site preparation and mid story release by means of mechanical ground broadcast herbicide applications with Government-Furnished herbicides. This is a combined / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://acquisition.gov/far.
