- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(B), They are an authorized dealer, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and are capable of providing the equipment required that will satisfy agency needs., TrillaMed, LLC. 30100 Telegraph Road Suite 366. Bingham Farms, MI 48025. TrillaMed, LLC will provide ECG Machines MAC VUE360 and all additional accessories to purchase and trade in new and old ECG Machines MAC VUE360 which are compatible with the station s current equipment. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 334510 with a size standard of 1250 Employees, SDVOSB and using the SIN category description of A50-3 Vital Signs Monitors. The solicitation number is as follow: Marion RFQ#36C25520Q0355. This action is a delivery task order against the NAC Contract 36F79720D0041 and it is a one time purchase of equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT May 04, 2020 at 8:00 AM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer with Station and RFQ number, Notice of Intent. If after May 04, 2020, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with TrillaMed, LLC. Statement of Work: ECG equipment Marion VA Medical Center Description of Use: The Marion VA Medical Center is in need of an upgrade to the current Electrocardiograph (ECG) Machines used by our Medicine Department. The currently owned equipment is past their life expectancy and need to be upgraded and compatible with current system and licensing for networking. This document highlights the technical specifications and services being requested by the facility for consideration towards purchase of this equipment/system/unit. This solicitation uses a Brand Name only description for the GE Muse storage system. If applicable all offers must work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station. Equipment Description and Requirements: Fifty (50) ECG purchases to include 32 trade ins and 18 new purchases. Description: Machine used to record the electrical activity of the heart muscle and displays the data as a trace on a screen or on paper.
