- MARKET SURVEY FOR ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR STEALTH POWER MANAGEMENT FOR RELOCATABLE TOWERS IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION (CBP) NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IDENTIFIED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only to assess the availability of competition. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with submissions to this announcement is solely at the interested vendor�s expense. At this time, Stealth Power, LLC, Austin, TX, is the only known source that can supply all of the necessary services and supplies to provide short-notice corrective maintenance for the Stealth Power Management System. The draft requirements are identified in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this announcement is to solicit statements of interest from vendors capable of performing this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS � 423610, Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers Size Standard � 500 Employees The FAA is requesting interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached draft SOW and requirements list in thier submission. This document is provided as an attachment also for feedback and comments. Each interested vendor should include the following information along with their submission: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: - Provision of services as listed in the draft Statement of Work that have been provided by your firm for similar efforts - Previous contracts and awards for similar equipment / services (elaborate: quantities, dollar amounts and provide detailed information and past performance) - Number of years in business - Please clearly state if your company can perform all requirements listed in the SOW. 2. Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) - Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service-disabled veteran-owned and 8(a) certified businesses. 3. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the items described in the Requirements List. All responses to this announcement must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on April 30, 2020. The FAA requires that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to POC identified on this announcement.
