Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 36C78620Q0194 to supply parts and service to Kubota equipment for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses (SB). The NAICS Code is 811310; Size Standard is $7.5 Million. Offers received from concerns that are not SBs shall not be considered. Contractor shall provide Kubota brand name parts. All Kubota brand name parts will be OEM exact fit and will not void any warranty from manufacturer. Contractor shall also provide Kubota service technicians to perform work. Kubota service technicians will be able to perform warranty and non-warranty service repairs. All work will be quoted prior to scheduling work to be performed. Work will either be performed at the contractor s facility or on the cemetery s property, depending on need. The Government will award a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement that uses time-and-material pricing to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government regarding price. If more than one offeror s proposal is considered fair and reasonable, multiple awards will be considered. The ceiling price for service and parts for the life of the BPA is $100,000. The Government intends to award without discussions; therefore, the offeror s initial proposal should contain optimal terms from a price standpoint. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from beta.SAM.gov, https://beta.sam.gov/ on or around April 22, 2020. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on or about April 30, 2020. The question and answering period commences on April 22, 2020 and concludes on April 27, 2020 by 12:00 p.m. EST Email questions to sarah.poole1@va.gov. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which will be available at beta.SAM.gov website. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov. All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award.
