Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Blade Balance Arbor Assemblies, on a Sole Source basis from Rolls Royce. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 41 USC 1901 (e)(2) - a sole source acquisition under the authority of Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a).
