Description: This is a Notice of�Intent to award to a sole source.� �Services that are required to support San Diego Field Divisions (SDFD) Law Enforcement (LE) activities as permission.� SDFD requires access to a central service that provides access to multiple LE systems.� The information provided by the LE databases is critical to our personnel for the purpose of developing cases, planning operations, pursuing leads, and ensuring the safety of our agents in the field due to the fact that it prepares them to deal with potential threats. It provides detailed, state and local law enforcement information that the Firebird and Concorde Applications System are not designed to provide.
