General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Burlington & Waltham Delineated Area: Burlington, MA City Limits &�Waltham, MA City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 47,594 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 54,733 ABOA Sf Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 175 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 175 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 175 Surface Spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 12 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on adjoining floors including stacked space Offered space cannot be located within 1,000 walkable feet of any: radio/television or media affiliations, agencies providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, and similar social service agencies and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders Building entrances/exits cannot be located within 1,000 walkable feet, line of sight, or within the vicinity of any: drug-free zone of schools, parks, or day cares, areas where drug activities are prevalent, hotels/motels, medical professionals of any type, places of worship, stadiums/arenas, shopping centers, residential housing, and/or where easy surveillance of facilities or operations is possible Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
