- USDA Sole Source Notification 2020-SS57,for a seed sorter, model 2020 This effort result in a FFP purchase order year base with four 12 month option periods.�� Plant Introduction located in Ames IA 50011. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory Located in Ames, IA, 50010 intends to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with Dubois Engineering, 232 6th street, West Des Moines, IA 50265, DUNNS 0106565507, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).� No formal solicitation will be issued.� This notice is for informational purposes only.� However, all interested parties may contact the Contracting Officer listed below.� Anyone interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide equivalent consumables in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.� Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to sarah.c.schauf@usda.gov.� The deadline for the submittal of responses is 28 April 2020, 10:00 AMCST.
