Description

The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry of the Government's sole source acquisition strategy to solicit for Transportation Visualizer (TransViz), HTC71120QD020. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, intends to solicit this requirement as sole source to General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. utilizing General Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 GS-35F-00060N. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is D308, IT and Telecom � Programming. The NAICS code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard for NAICS code 541511 is $30.0 million. The resulting task order will be a firm fixed price and labor hour task order with cost reimbursement line items for travel and other direct costs. Under FAR 8.405-6(a)(2) Posting procedures for limiting sources for Federal Supply Schedules, this notice serves as notification to industry and includes the redacted Justification and Approval.
