This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 (effective 1/15/2020), Commercial Checklist; VAAR Update 2008-19 (effective 10/04/19). Solicitations for the acquisition of commercial items prepared using FAR Part 12 shall be assembled, to the maximum extent practicable, using the format at FAR 12.303. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219, with a small business size standard of $22 million; https://www.sba.gov/document/support--table-size-standards. To be eligible for award contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 16, Michael E. DeBakey Veteran s Affairs Center (MEDVAMC) located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Bldg. 100; Houston, TX 77030, is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation/travel, factory-trained/licensed/authorized personnel, certifications, management, and supervision required to repair a 150k GE SG Series Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) (S/N: P01502613B098R) in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW).
