Description

This is not a request for quote.� Looking for sources capable of providing the following equipment: 1. CNC Lathe with Y Axis, 18"" x 23"" max capacity, 30hp vector drive, 3400rpm, 10"" chuck, 3.5"" bore. Color LCD monitor, automatic tool presetter, on-board memory, LED lights, high pressure coolant system, other options. (Haas or equal) 2. CNC Tool room Lathe, 16"" x 48"" max capacity, 12hp vector drive, 2000rpm, 10"" chuck, 3"" bore. Color LCD monitor, on-board memory, automatic tool turret. Various tools, spares, bars, inserts. (Haas or equal) 3. Vertical Mill, 20"" x 16"" x 20"", Table 26"" x 14"", 3000lb max load, 40 taper spindle, 30hp vector drive, 8100rpm, some of the same options as above. (Haas or equal) 4. Vertical Mill, 50"" x 20"" x 25"", 40 taper spindle, 30hp, 12,000rpm, some of the same options as above. (Haas or equal) 5. Water jet table, 126"" x 65"", 30 HP pump, continuous .67 GPM @ 60,000 PSI operation, rotary axis, variable speed solids removal system, ability to achieve virtually zero taper with most materials. (OMAX or equal) Include on site training on all equipment.
