Description
The General Services Administration seeks to lease the following space: State:� CA City:� Sacramento Delineated Area: Northern Boundary � I-80 & Hwy 65� Southern Boundary � Hwy 99 & Grant Line Road� Eastern Boundary � Hwy� 50 & Prairie City Road Western Boundary � Hwy 113 & I-80 Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��10,058 ABOA SF Required Sq. Ft. (RSF):� 11,567 RSF Space Type:� Office, Warehouse Parking:�6 surface parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles Full Term:� 10 Years Firm Term:� 8 Years Option Term:� One, 5 Year Option term Additional Requirements: The Warehouse space shall have a minimum of 18 feet clear ceiling height is required for 6,000 SF 24/7 Access to the Space is required. Security access control system for the exterior will be required Warehouse space must be able to accommodate ATVs, Utility Trailers, and other equipment. Warehouse must have a manual overhead door with a minimum clearance of 15 feet high, and 14 feet wide with an electronic mechanism Half to three-quarter ton pickup trucks maneuverability space A fenced ware yard space of approximately 5,000 SF with 8 feet height fence, 3 strand barbwire and a manual vehicle gate in fence Warehouse space must have a personnel door to provide access to ware yard Ware yard must be located immediately adjacent to building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in a 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Sacramento, CA, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
