Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Port Charlotte Delineated Area: North: Veterans Blvd to Interstate 75 East: I-75 to Kings Highway South: Kings Highway to Harper Avenue to US 41 West: US 41 to Tamiami Trail to Veterans Blvd Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,001 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,001 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements[H1]�: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. If offered space is above the ground floor, a minimum of two accessible elevators must service the proposed floor. One of the two elevators may be a freight elevator. Space must be a walkable 2 blocks to a public transit stop.� Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Adequate eating and banking facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
