U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Des Plaines Delineated Area: North: West Palatine Road which becomes Willow Road East: I-94 East to I-90 East to West Addison Street to North Pulaski Road to West Diversey Avenue South: Diversey Avenue to Route 43 to Grand Avenue to Route 20 West: I-355 West to I-290 West to Route 53 to West Palatine Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 92,355 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 96,973 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 410 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 15 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The proposed property shall be within 1/2 walkable mile of public transportation. A variety of employee services shall be available within a walkable 1/2 mile from the building entrance. Subleases are not acceptable. All offered space must be contiguous or on contiguous floors. A dedicated freight elevator serving each floor of Government occupancy is required and served by at least one truck level loading dock bay with access to the freight elevator. The Government requires access to the space 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week. Offered space must also meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements including, but not limited to fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year floodplain. Please note that the requirements listed in this advertisement are for information purposes and are not inclusive of all Government requirements.
