Solicitation Number: M6785420R2025 Notice Type: Presolicitation This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY; no proposals are requested at this time.� No draft Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available prior to release of the solicitation. The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Quantico, VA currently has a requirement to obtain 169 man-packable, multiband (X, Ku, and Ka) Super High Frequency (SHF) satellite terminals, also known as Marine Corps Wideband Satellite Communications � Expeditionary (MCWS-X) terminals, along with spare part kits. �For the purpose of future planning, a maximum quantity of 432 MCWS-X terminals and spare part kits are being solicited at this time. MCSC plans to award one (1) firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with one base year and four ordering periods of one year each. The NAICS code is 517919.� This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition. Award will be made to a single vendor offering on all contract line items utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off approach. Technical requirements will be set forth in the RFP. The Government intends to release RFP M67854-20-R-2025 on or about 24 April 2020 via beta.SAM.gov at: https://beta.sam.gov/. �The RFP will be available online and will include all documents of the solicitation package.� No paper copies will be issued. No hard copy of the RFP is available at this time. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the RFP. The complete RFP package, including amendments, should be downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFP to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. �Offerors are instructed to hold all questions until the RFP has been issued. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY POINT DURING THE RFP PROCESS. ALL COMMUNICATION SHALL BE THROUGH THE CONTRACTING OFFICE VIA EMAIL. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE CAUTIONED AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED COMMUNICATION WITH THE SOURCE SELECTION TEAM.
