- �Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of providing PHNSY contractor to provide technical services for repairs of the Nidec MP420A4R drive, including as required, shop inspection, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, and testing of the drive. Drive shall be fully operational following repairs. Any circuit cards from within the drive that the contractor determines require repair or replacement shall be repaired or replaced with an equivalent conformal coated circuit card. The anticipate period of performance start date is MAY 8, 2020 and the government is requesting repair to coincide with the timeline. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310, Small Business size Standard $8,000,000. The Product Service code is J099 The request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement.� Telephonic responses are not allowed. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. Capability statements should include the following: 1)�������� Business name and address; 2)�������� Name of company representative, business title and email; 3)�������� Large or Small Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable); 4)�������� Cage Code; 5)�������� DUNS Number; 6)�������� Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to include General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.� (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) 7)�������� Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten pages) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in this Technical Description.� Documentation should be in bullet format.��� Submission Instructions:� Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the requirements in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement are invited to submit a response to this Source Sought Notice by 20 April 2020 at 900HST.� All questions and responses regarding this notice must be emailed to charles.chow@navy.mil In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.
