- This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This Request for Quote (RFQ), number RFQ10027AS23, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 2005-101, effective 26 October 2018. This RFQ is solicited as a Sole Source for GeoCap Maintenance Renewal and Support within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and small business size standard of $41.5M. In order to be considered for this requirement, you must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.� Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. You MUST be the manufacturer or authorized reseller of GeoCap AS to submit a quote. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 16 May 2020 through 15 May 2021. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable basis.
