Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a qualified contractor to service one (1) 60� Dive Boat in accordance with HRMC-027-20. The required work shall take place at the contractor�s facility. This requirement is intended to be a total small business set-aside. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.202, Advisory Multi-Step Process. PHNSY & IMF will evaluate interested firms and advise the interested firms of the likelihood of each one being competitive in meeting Agency�s needs. Qualified contractors must have their own dry docking capabilities on the Island of O�ahu. The contractor must be able to demonstrate that they have the overall technical expertise to complete the scope of work. Furthermore, the contractor must be registered and in good standing in System of Award Management (SAM) as a small business for NAICS code 336611. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement. Telephonic responses are not permitted. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by 04/21/2020.�
