- **PRE-SOLICITATION TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY 23 APRIL 2020 AT 2:30 PM LOCAL TIME** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District requests industry participation in a pre-solicitation telephone conference call meeting to discuss anticipated scope and schedule for clamshell dredging at Port Orford OR, Charleston Harbor OR, Chetco River OR, Rouge River OR, Baker Bay WA, Chinook WA, Longview Turning Basin WA, and Port of Longview Terminal WA.� The call is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 2:30 pm local time.� Firms interested in participating in this industry pre-solicitation telephone conference meeting must email the contract specialist, Mr. Michael Saldana, at michael.e.saldana@usace.army.mil and the contracting officer Mr. David Dvorak, at david.l.dvorak@usace.army.mil.� Provide the names and email addresses of the individuals who will be attending.� Call-in information will be provided to attendees via email at least one day prior to the scheduled call. This industry telephone conference call is for market research and planning purposes and is not a solicitation.�
