Description
This is a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to Trade Export Finance Ltd (TXF) located at 334 Canterbury Court 1-3 Brixton Road United Kingdom. TXF has the necessary expertise and experience to conduct a relevant third-party survey of exporters and lenders that have used products from multiple export credit agencies allowing for comparison between export credit policies and programs. The TXF Review will allow the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) to meet its Congressional mandate to assess and report on the competitiveness of EXIM relative to the major export credit agency programs as set for in Section 2. B (1)(a) of the EXIM Charter. The estimated value for purchase order is $85,000, inclusive of all option periods. Option periods will be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The NACIS code for this proposed purchase order is 522320--Financial Transactions Processing, Reserve, and Clearinghouse Activities. This proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and receive only one quote from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested entities may identify their interest and submit a capabilities response/questions by April 24, 2020 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any vendors who believe they can provide the supplies/services required can provide proof of their ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of; Contracting Officer Kevin Alexander at Kevin.Alexander@exim.gov.
