Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to K&R Custom Software, 453 McLaws Circle, Suite 2, Williamsburg, VA 23185 under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Only Soliciting from a single source.
