- The United States Air Force, Headquarters Electronic System Center (ESC), Hanscom Cyber/Netcentric Cryptologic Systems Division Contracting Branch (HNCK) is seeking sources for Contractor�manufacture and integration support�of the�U-1C Airborne Particulate Sampling Foil components�of the�gas collection system�for�KC-135 aircraft�for�the Advanced Atmospheric Research Equipment (AARE) suite.�� This effort will include the manufacture of several complex components used on the aircraft platform; to include Filter Insertion Systems (FIS), Control Boxes and Relay Boxes.� First articles of each will be manufactured, tested, and if approved, produced in a limited production run.� The vendor possesses all of the drawings for this effort.� A deliverable will be updated drawings integrating all government approved red-line changes, updates due to obsolescence, and elimination of all Sandia National Lab production standard references.� Also included in this effort, are a week of in-person integration support at two different locations; two weeks total.� All deliverables will be unclassified.� Places of Performance: Manufacturing�will take place in the� U.S. (16 Mos ARO) ForceX SIL Integration will take place in Nashville, TN (1 Week) Aircraft Integration Support will take place in Greenville, TX (1 Week) THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR BIDS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.�� Any formal solicitation will be announced separately.� The purpose of this announcement is to identify interested, qualified sources for the support identified above�under NAICS Code�332999.� Interested parties should provide response to the following questions via email to�austin.peoples.1@us.af.mil�no later than�2:00 PM CST,�29�April�2020.�Responses to this announcement will be used in market research for this requirement.� 1.
