Description

The National Forest El Yunque, Supervisors Office (SO) amended the BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreements) for long and short term housing to interested vendor. The USDA Forest Service have traveling employees arriving in the San Juan Puerto Rico area at various times throughout the year. Each period of requirement for temporary lodging will be for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 1 year. Temporary housing include your choice of one or two bedroom apartments with all requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) such as furniture, housewares, linens, utilities, TV, washer/dryer, cable service, high speed internet service,� and maid service for the Regional Office of the USDA Forest Service, hereafter referred to as �Agency�. If a contractors� quote is accepted, the government intends to award one or more BPA award. AMENDMENT 0004 �#1243ZP19Q001, Including�the following Locations Rio Grande, Canovanas, Luquillo and Fajardo. And to include Air bnb platform will be accept if comply with all government requirements. All vendors needs to be register in SAM (System for Award Management)
