- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Office Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 260 East University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Cincinnati, OH 454219 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price order to EOI, Inc. Dba Medical Resources, 8377 C Green Meadows Drive North, Lewis Center, OH 43035. Due to the required software updates, Medical Resources has proprietary ownership of all installed software in the Checkpoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System currently in use at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Therefore, it is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. The associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811219. This notice of satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov by 4:00pm e.s.t. on April 16, 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
