Description: This is an acquisition of a replacement wire-tier system�and spare parts to be installed on an Excel 210R cardboard baler, located in the Recycling Facility building at the Base Landfill on Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune. The contractor will be required to deliver and install the Unit as well as remove and dispose of all packaging and installation debris.� The wire tier system that is removed will be retained by the Government.
