Description

Waterfront AE IDIQ Contract- The Contractor shall provide an interdisciplinary team to furnish engineering and design services for waterfront projects at various locations predominantly serviced by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest (NAVFAC NW) office. The design and engineering services will require expertise in architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, geotechnical, corrosion control, coastal, naval architect, fire protection, survey, cost and environmental disciplines as it pertains to Department of Defense facilities and systems. The Contractor shall furnish complete architectural and/or engineering services as ordered and in accordance with the prices, terms, and conditions contained in this schedule. The location of work completed under this contract is primarily in Washington State, however work may be completed anywhere in the NAVFAC Northwest Area of Responsibility (AOR) including Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota. Occasionally, work may be conducted at other locations in the United States or Worldwide.
