- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26220Q0640 . The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office has a requirement to provide a lease for ABL90 FLEX PLUS ANALYZERS for the VHA Loma Linda Healthcare System, Loma Linda, CA. The Contractor shall furnish the requirement to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 11201 Benton St., Loma Linda, California 92357. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be a Base Year Period of 12 months with the Governments option to extend the contract for four (4) 12-month option periods. Base Year Coverage shall commence on May 1, 2020. Requirements listed below: PART # ABL90 FLEX PLUS (Lease) Period of Performance Total Amount Base Year 5/1/2020 4/30/2021 Option Year 1 5/1/2021 4/30/2022 Option Year 2 5/1/2022 4/30/2023 Option Year 3 5/1/2023 4/30/2024 Option Year 4 5/1/2024 4/30/2025 The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516 size standard 1000 employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS, responses to the solicitation shall be due on April 17, 2020 at 12Noon PST. NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE GIVEN. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. Interested parties of sources sought must be an authorized reseller, distributor, or dealer. Verification can be provided by an authorization letter or other documents from the manufacturer. No exceptions, must provide authorization letter. Must be registered in System for Award Management and if a SDVOSB/VOSB with VETBIZ upon bid of this request for quote.
