- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). Lakehurst intends to issue a modification to IDIQ, N6833517D0021 on�a sole source basis to Selex ES. The modification is intended to procure Tower Extensions for the ILS in support of Shore Air Traffic Management, PMA213. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.Responses must be received within�fifeteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
