Description

This is not a solicitation, but rather a Request for Information (RFI) announcement to allow potential prime contractors interested in the production of F-16 ALR-69A Diplexers to receive the DRAFT requirements documents. Drafts of the Statement of Work (SOW), Sections L and M, and Specifications/Technical Data Package (TDP) are being released in effort to garner industry feedback. The attached SOW provides the scope of potential work with the most likely workload to be sent to the contractor facility being outlined in SOW, Section 1. The contract ceiling is estimated at $74.3M. FMS interest does not currently exist for this contract. This announcement is not intended to direct or influence any financial or resource investment from industry vendors. No financial obligations or commitments with or to the Government should be inferred. This announcement does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. This is a RFI, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 15.201(e). The F-16 Contracting Office requests that prime contractors provide detailed written feedback and/or questions on the draft documents attached herein and send to the following government points of contact (POCs): Contracting Officer, Sarah Cole, at sarah.cole.7@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist, Capt Indigo Blakely at Indigo.Blakely.3@us.af.mil by April 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. The Government is requesting that all possible prime contractors provide a response if your company is still interested and capable of participating in this effort. Pease provide the following: Company name; Cage code/DUNS code; Business size status per NAICS 334419; POC including name/phone #/email; Short capability statement; If a 60 day solicitation time to propose is adequate for the final solicitation; to the aforementioned government POCs NLT April 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
