Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and under the authority of FAR Part 13.5 � Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is issuing a request for quotation under solicitation number 192120FDADAL00120 for meal delivery services in accordance with Attachment A - Statement of Work(SOW).�The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 722310, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
