Description

AMENDMENT NO. 0001 is attached and titled, ""Amendment 0001"". This�project is for�construction services for the installation of a Fiber Optics Transmission System (FOTS) at San Antonio International Airport, San Antonio, Texas.� The The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the project in accordance with the contract clauses, drawings, and specifications. The performance time is 60 calendar days, with an anticipated start date of May 25, 2020. The estimated price range for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested firms must have successfully completed similar projects both in dollar amount and scope of work at an operational airport. Offerors must complete and return their offer by the closing date of April 13, 2020.� The complete�Request for Offer (RFO)�is provided as separate documents under this announcement.� If submitting an offer, the following solicitation items must be included in order for your offer to conform to the essential requirements of the�RFO and be considered for evaluation. Section B, Offer, Pages 2 and 3 of RFO. Offer Guarantee (Bid Bond) as specified on Section A, Solicitation/Contract Form. Page 1, Number 13B of RFO.� Guarantee should be 20% of offer amount. A separate sheet with a price breakdown of your company's offer amounts from Page 3 of RFO. Section I, AMS Clause 3.6.3-3, Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data, starting on Page 24 of RFO. Section K, Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Offerors.� Pages 40 through 47 of RFO. Information listed under Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, SA18 Proposal Content, starting on Page 51 of RFO.� The information listed in Section L is the same as listed here, except for the inclusion of past experience/performance sources, financial capability, and insurance requirement. Offers are due by 2:00 p.m., local time (CDT), Monday, April 13, 2020.� Email your complete offer to irene.medina@faa.gov.
