Description

W91247-ML-05930� Intent To Sole Source The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract to Kodak brand Ink (Eastman Kodak Company) on an SOLE SOURCE basis for 168 ink products listed in Table 1. This requirement is to support the United States Army�s mission and training exercises. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
