- Sources Sought Notice CCAO SP PR 20-3292 Mitigation Bank Credits- Cosumnes Floodplain Mitigation Bank The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Interior Region 10, California-Great Basin, Division of Acquisitions, Supply and Services Branch, Sacramento CA is seeking interested vendors to provide mitigation bank credits for 3.35 acres of land located in Cosumnes Floodplain Mitigation Bank. On June 25, 2019, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) issued Clean Water Act 404 permit to Reclamation requiring the purchase of 3.35 credits of Floodplain Mosaic Wetland habitat at Cosumnes Floodplain Mitigation Bank (Mitigation Bank) in Sacramento County. The purchase of these credits is required to offset permanent impacts to waters of the U.S. that would result from constructing a new fish passageway from Nimbus Dam downstream, along the lower American River to 500 feet downstream of the Fair Oaks US Geological Survey (USGS) gaging station cable. Notice number CCAO SP PR 20-3292 has been assigned for this requirement and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Firms who can provide these services must submit a written notice to the Contracting Office and must provide evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the respondent�s ability to meet the stated requirement. Responses shall include the firm�s Dun and Bradstreet number and Tax Identification Number. Firms shall identify their business size (small, other than small, etc.) in accordance with the size standard $16.5M. for NAICS code 813312 (Environment, Conservation and Wildlife Organizations). Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in accordance with FAR Subpart 4.11.
