- ***ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***Build parking facility to house four, R-11 refueling vehicles.� Facility must be compliant with environmental secondary containment requirements, have adequate lighting for nighttime inspections, provide the capability to drive the vehicles into the parking stalls and drive out without the assistance of a spotter, and have block heater plugs. Pavement should consist of portland cement parking pads that provide a center to center vehicle spacing of 25 feet. Pavement between the parking pads as well as the entrance and exit drives should be bituminous asphalt pavement. The entire facility will be covered by a canopy. CONSTRUCT R-11 REFUELER PARKING FACILITY SOURCES SOUGHT. �The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. �This notice is for planning purposes only. �All interested parties should respond. Delaware Air National Guard Base intends to issue a solicitation and award a contract Construct R-11 Refueler Parking Facility on the Delaware Air National Guard installation.� The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. �All interested concerns will provide this office, via email, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 10 April 2020. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. �The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. �Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. �In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.�� Information shall be� provided via email to:amy.l.kline.civ@mail.mil and kelly.l.hess3.civ@mail.mil.
