- Description
- This is a synopsis to add NSN: 6220-01-598-5354, Electric Control, P#: 717305-1 and NSN: 5988-01-601-2428 Circuit Card Assy, P# 717311-2 and NSN: 6220-01-604-0883, Electric Control, P# 713280-5 in support of the V22 aircraft, to an existing Repair Basic Ordering (BOA) with GE (19623). One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreement Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Aagreement. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursant to this synopsis will be issued pursant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The data needed to acquire this part or complete contract repair compettively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material or repair for a competitive soliciation. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 4:30 PM Eastern Time on�April 23, 2020 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair.
