- M67854-20-R-1723 - Intent To Sole Source The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to Gentex Corporation (324 Main St., Simpson, PA 18407) for a quantity of 192 high cut Enhanced Combat Helmets. These helmets are required to conduct ballistic, blunt and retention testing to determine potential changes in performance in comparison to the ECH currently in production and operational compatibility with the USMC helmet accessories.
